Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? A: You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Q: Do I pay for return shipping? A: No. All approved returns and exchanges are completely free.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size or style? A: Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size, color, or style. Replacements ship free of charge once we receive your return.

Q: How long do refunds take? A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and sent to your original payment method.

Q: Are there items I cannot return? A: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of heavily worn items, customized/personalized pieces, or items marked non-returnable.
