Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire store. There is no minimum purchase amount required.

3. Order Fulfillment Timeline

To calculate when you will receive your order, please consider both the Handling Time and the Transit Time:

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (MST)

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST will begin processing the next business day.

Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 business days

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time via our Track Your Order page.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or shows as “delivered” but has not been received, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at contact@syanox.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
